You always have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (the so‑called withdrawal period). If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us within the withdrawal period. The notification must clearly state which purchase it concerns and that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

The easiest way to register that you want to withdraw from your purchase is via our page for return, complaint or withdrawal, where you enter your order number and your email address.
