Register a return, complaint or withdrawal
You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the item. In case of withdrawal, the item must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have registered your withdrawal. A return fee of 3.95 EUR will be deducted from the refund in case of withdrawal. If the entire order is withdrawn, any additional cost for a chosen delivery method beyond our standard delivery will not be refunded. We also offer a 30-day return policy.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods where the seal has been broken for health or hygiene reasons. Items must be handled with care; deductions may be made for any loss in value.
