You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person acting on your behalf, receive the product purchased from us. The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to return the product and receive a refund. In addition to the statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal, we offer an open purchase period of a total of 30 days from the date you received the delivery.
