Returns & complaints

Return shipping for partial returns: 3.95 EUR
Return shipping for complete returns: 3.95 EUR. The outgoing shipping will then be refunded.

Right of withdrawal

In the event of a withdrawn purchase, a return fee of 3.95 EUR will be charged and deducted from the refund.
