Making a return - here's how it works
You have a 30-day right of return from the date of delivery.
Note which products you want to return on the enclosed return form, as well as the reason for the return. Pack the items you wish to send back, preferably in the original packaging. Place the return shipping label that came with your package on top of the old shipping label, and drop off the parcel at your DHL service point. Return the item complete in unchanged condition with all tags still attached.
You are responsible for your return to us, so remember to always keep the return receipt until you have received confirmation from us that we have received your return.
View the current return fee (link opens in new tab). The return fee remains the same regardless of how many items you return and will be deducted from your refund or added to your invoice. If an item is defective or mis-shipped, Cellbes will pay the return shipping. Remember that it is important that you always state the correct reason for return.
A return takes about 10-14 days to process, you will receive a return confirmation from us when everything is ready.
If you return part of your order, the shipping fee will not be refunded as the fees are independent of the number of items ordered. If you return all the goods from the order, we will also refund the postage and packaging fee.
If you want to make an exchange, make a return and a new order on our website or contact us. Do not note a new order or different size on the return slip.
