Information on purchases, payment and delivery.

1. About these Terms of Purchase


1.1 These Terms of Purchase (“Terms of Purchase”) apply to all purchases you make with Cellbes AB with VAT number SE556540215201 (“Cellbes”, “us” or “we”). By making a purchase with us you hereby agree to these Terms of Purchase.

2. Your Order and Order Confirmation


2.1 In order to make a purchase you need to have the right to enter into a contract under applicable law. Purchases can be made on www.cellbes.com (“The Website”) or through our customer service team.

2.3 When you make a purchase, you’ll automatically receive an order confirmation via email confirming that we have received your order and that a binding agreement has been concluded. We recommend that you save the order confirmation email in the event you need to contact us after making your purchase.


3. Prices and Product Information


3.1 The prices stated at the time of purchase shall apply when you make a purchase.


3.2 If the price or product information for a product is incorrect and you realized or should have realized this at the time of purchase, the price or information will not apply to the purchase.


3.3 We try to ensure the colors and shades of our products as true to form as possible, but we cannot guarantee that images on our website, in advertisements or marketing materials depict with 100% accuracy the exact appearance and characteristics of a product, owing to factors such as colors being slightly distorted on a computer screen.


4. Payment


4.1 We offer various payment methods you can choose from when making a purchase on the Website. Please note that the payment methods available may vary depending on whether you make your purchase on the Website or via customer service. 5. Shipping and Delivery


Delivery Options

5.1 We offer various delivery options when you shop with us. These options are always stated on our Website and can be viewed prior to making a purchase. To learn more about the current delivery options and view all corresponding info about each of these, please click here.


5.2 Depending on where you live, there may be restrictions on our delivery options. We do not, for example, deliver to smaller islands or other locations with no fixed bridge connections or that aren’t normally serviced by global shipping companies. Shipping Fees

5.3 Depending on what you buy and the amount, shipping fees may apply. You can find information about our current shipping fees here. The shipping fee amount for your purchase is always stated.


Delivery Times

5.4 An estimated delivery date is always supplied along with your purchase.


Unclaimed Packages

5.5 You are responsible for receiving or collecting your delivery in accordance with the instructions you receive when ordering. Packages at a post office that are not collected within the time specified in the notification will be sent back to our warehouse. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee. 6. Offers, Discount Codes and Gifts


6.1 We may from time to time offer promotions, discount codes, gifts and other offers (“Offers”). Such Offers are only valid for the period stated in connection with such an Offer, and in respect of the terms and conditions stated in connection with the Offer. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.


6.2 You will need to enter any code or otherwise activate the relevant Offer before completing your purchase in order to take advantage of said Offer. Should you return products you ordered in conjunction with the offer, this may mean that you no longer meet the terms and conditions of the Offer, which may mean that you need to return any gift or that you need to pay for the value of the gift. In such an event, we will contact you.


7. Returns and Return Policy


Right of Return

7.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or a person on your behalf, receives the product you have purchased from us. The right of return means that you have the right to return the product and receive a refund.


Exemptions for Certain Products

7.2 Certain products may not be returned. This applies if you have broken the seal on products which owing to health and hygiene reasons makes them non-returnable.


Reduction in Value of Used Products

7.3 When you exercise your statutory right of return within 14 days, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, properties and function. This means that you have the right to handle and examine the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.


7.4 You have the right to cancel your purchase for a full refund in these cases if you notify us within 14 days from the date you received the product. If you handle the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its nature, properties and function, we are entitled to make a depreciation deduction. Such a deduction is made by comparing the value of the product upon return with the original value at the time of purchase. To receive a full refund when you make a return, we therefore recommend that you return the product in its original condition and in its original packaging.


Open Return and Exchange Rights

7.5 In addition to the statutory 14-day return policy, we also have a 30-day return and exchange policy valid from the date you receive your order. If you wish to exercise your right to return and exchange after the statutory 14-days return period has lapsed, you can do so for up to 30 days, provided that the product is completely unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.


7.6 The right to return and exchange a purchase does not apply if you return a product that does not meet the requirements set out in paragraph 8.5 above, or if you return a product that you did not purchase from us.


How to cancel your purchase or exercise your right to open return and exchange

7.7 If you wish to exercise your right of return, you must notify us within 14 days from the date on which you, or a person on your behalf, receives or collects your order. If this 14-days period has passed, you can instead exercise your right to an open return or exchange for up to 30 days from the date you received the delivery. You can easily complete your return by registering a digital return here. You can also contact our customer service by emailing customerservice@cellbes.com. If you have received a return form with your delivery, you can use it to complete your return. You can also always use our form in order to exercise your right of return, which you can find here.


Return Shipping Fees

7.9 You are responsible for any return shipping fees when you return a purchase. Any such fees will be deducted from your refund. The corresponding fees for your return are stated here.


Refunds

7.10 Once you have returned your purchase, we will issue your refund within 14 days from the date you notified us that you wished to cancel your purchase. However, we will not issue the refund until we have received the returned product or you provide us with proof of postage of the returned product. Please note that you are responsible for any damage or loss during return shipping that may be due to negligence on your part.


7.11 The refund shall include any shipping fees in connection with your purchase if you are returning the entire order. However, this only applies to standard shipping. Additional shipping fees where you have selected a more expensive shipping option are non-refundable.


7.12 Refunds will be made to you using the same payment method you selected at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed with us.


8.  Complaints


8.1 If there is something wrong with your product, you have the right to make a complaint about the defective product in accordance with the mandatory consumer protection legislation in force in the country where you are resident. In Sweden, you have the right to make a complaint about original defects in the product that arise within three years from delivery of the product (the warranty period). You must always register a complaint within a reasonable timeframe from when you first notice the defect. Your right to register a complaint expires no later than two months after the three-year warranty period has passed.


8.2 Should you wish to register a complaint relating to a product, you can contact customer service by emailing customerservice@cellbes.com. Complaints may also be made in writing to the following address: Ryssnäsgatan 2, 504 64, Borås.


8.3 Once the product you wish to register a complaint about has been received and we have determined that the claim is valid, we will compensate you in accordance with applicable law.


8.4 If we are not responsible for the defect, we have the right to charge an administrative fee, which corresponds to our costs for administration and shipping. You will receive information about this fee in connection with the complaint.


9. Our Obligations


We are not liable for damages caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as war, strike, pandemic or natural disasters, which we could not reasonably have foreseen (Force Majeure). If we are prevented from fulfilling our obligations under the contract or these Terms of Purchase due to Force Majeure, you have the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with mandatory consumer law.


10.  About these Terms of Purchase


These Terms of Purchase shall be construed and applied in accordance with Swedish law. If any provision of these Terms of Purchase is held to be invalid or unenforceable by any competent court, authority or alternative dispute resolution body, the remaining parts of that provision and all other provisions of these Terms of Purchase shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. You are always entitled to the mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country where you are resident. Nothing in these Terms of Purchase shall be construed as a limitation of such rights.


11. Questions, Complaints or Disputes


11.1 You are welcome to contact us if you have any questions or complaints regarding your purchase. You can easily reach us via the contact details provided at the beginning of these Terms of Purchase.


11.2 You have the right to have any dispute reviewed by an alternative dispute resolution body. To access the alternative dispute resolution body in your country, click here.


11.3 Notwithstanding the above, any disputes may also be resolved in any competent court in the country where the customer is domiciled.
