Terms and conditions of purchase
1. About the Terms and Conditions of Purchase
1.1 These terms and conditions of purchase (“Terms and Conditions of Purchase”) apply to all purchases you make from Cellbes AB with corporate ID number SE556540215201 (“Cellbes”, “us” or “we”). You accept the Terms and Conditions of Purchase when you make a purchase from us.

2. Order and order confirmation
2.1 To complete a purchase, you are obliged to enter into an agreement under applicable law. Purchases can be made at www.cellbes.com (the “Website”), or by telephone, mail order or email.
2.2 In order to make a purchase with us, you must be of legal age and be able to enter into an agreement under applicable law.
2.3 Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email confirming that we have received your order and that a binding agreement has been entered into. We recommend that you save the order confirmation for future contact with us after your purchase.
3. Price and product information
3.1 The prices stated at the time of purchase apply. All prices are inclusive of VAT. The prices do not include any payment and delivery charges, which are stated separately.
3.2 If the price of a product or the information about a product is incorrect and you realized or should have realized this at the time of purchase, the relevant price or information will not apply to the purchase.
3.3 We try to reproduce the colors and shades of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that images on our website, in advertisements or marketing materials show the exact appearance and characteristics of the product, for example because the screen may affect color reproduction.
4. Payment
4.1 We offer different payment options and you can select a payment option when you complete your purchase on our website. Please note that payment options differ depending on whether you make your purchase on our website, by telephone or email. The payment options available and the terms and conditions and any costs that apply are always stated in connection with your purchase and on our website; you can find out more here. If you make your purchase by telephone or email, you will receive information about payment options in connection with the purchase.
4.2 Depending on the payment option you choose, additional costs may apply. The payment options available may change over time.
4.3 If you shop on our website, you will enter into a separate payment agreement with our payment service provider in connection with the payment. You can find all terms and conditions of payment here.
5. Delivery and collection
Delivery options
5.1 When you shop with us, we offer different delivery options. The delivery options we offer are always shown on our website and before you complete your purchase. For current delivery options and full details, please see here.
5.2 Depending on where you live, there may be restrictions on our delivery options. For example, we do not deliver to smaller islands or other locations that do not have an established bridge connection or where global delivery companies normally do not deliver. Delivery costs
5.3 Depending on what you buy and the amount, delivery costs may apply. You can find information about our current delivery costs here. The delivery charge is always stated in connection with your purchase.
Delivery times
5.4 The expected delivery time is always stated in connection with your purchase.
Uncollected parcels
5.5 You are responsible for receiving or collecting your delivery in accordance with the instructions provided with your order. Parcels that are not collected from the postal agent within the time specified in the notification will be sent back to our warehouse. In these cases, we are entitled to charge an administrative fee. 6. Offers, discount codes and gifts
6.1 We may from time to time offer promotions, discount codes, gifts and other offers (“Offers”). Such Offers are valid only for the time specified and according to the terms and conditions specified in connection with the Offer. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated.
6.2 You need to enter a code or otherwise activate the Offer in question before completing the purchase in order to take advantage of the Offer. Returning ordered products may mean that you no longer meet the conditions applicable to the Offer, which may require you to return any gift or to pay for the value of the gift. In such cases, we will contact you.
7. Right of withdrawal and right to return
Right of withdrawal
7.1 You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person on your behalf, receive the product you purchased from us. The right of withdrawal means that you have the right to return the product and receive a refund.
Exemptions for certain products
7.2 Some products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This applies if you have broken the seal on a product that cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
Depreciation of used products
7.3 When exercising your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, properties and functionality. As a rule, this means that you are entitled to handle and inspect the product in the same way as you would in-store.
7.4 In this case, you have the right to cancel your purchase for a full refund if you notify us within 14 days from the day you receive the product. If you handle the product more than is necessary to determine its nature, properties and functionality, we are entitled to make a deduction for any depreciation. Such a deduction is made by comparing the value of the product upon return with the original value at the time of purchase. In order to receive a full refund in the event of a cancellation, we therefore recommend that you return the product in its original condition and in the original packaging.
Right to return and right to exchange
7.5 In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, we offer the right to return and the right to exchange for a total of 30 days from the date you receive the delivery. If you want to exercise your right to return or exchange after the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days has expired, you can do so for up to 30 days, provided that the product is completely unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
How to apply your right of withdrawal or right to return
7.6 If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of the day on which you, or a person on your behalf, receive or collect the delivery. When these 14 days have passed, you can instead exercise your right to return for up to 30 days from receipt of the delivery. You can easily make a return by using the delivery note included in your order or by contacting our customer service by emailing customerservice@cellbes.com. You can also use our withdrawal form, which you can find here.
7.7 After you have informed us that you wish to make a return, you must return the product within 14 days. We recommend that you return the product in the same packaging in which you received it, as you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return delivery due to your negligence, for example when packaging the product.
Returns
7.8 You are obliged to pay for the return delivery of any purchases you wish to return. The cost of return delivery will be deducted from your refund. The cost of your return can be found here.
Refunds
7.9 Once you have returned your purchase, we will refund you within 14 days from the day you informed us that you wish to cancel your purchase. However, we will not refund you until we have received the product back or until you have proved that you have sent it to us. Please note that you are responsible for any damage or loss during the return delivery caused by your negligence.
7.10 Our refund includes any delivery costs you paid in connection with your purchase if you return the entire order. However, this only applies to the cost of standard delivery. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery option are not refundable.
7.11 The refund will be made to you using the same payment method that you selected at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
8. Claims
8.1 If there is a defect in your product, you have the right to make a claim about the defective product in accordance with the mandatory consumer protection laws in force in your place of residence.

9. Our commitment to you
We are not liable for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as war, strike, pandemic and natural disaster, which we could not reasonably have foreseen (Force Majeure). If force majeure prevents us from fulfilling our obligations under the agreement or these Terms and Conditions of Purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement in accordance with mandatory consumer law.
10. About the Terms and Conditions of Purchase
These Terms and Conditions of Purchase are construed and applied in accordance with Swedish law. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase be held to be invalid or unenforceable by any competent court, authority or ADR body, the remaining parts of that provision and all other provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall remain valid and enforceable in full, in accordance with applicable law. You are always entitled to the mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall be construed as limiting such rights.
11. Issues, complaints and disputes
11.1 Please contact us if you have any issues or complaints regarding your purchase. You can contact us using the contact details specified at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase.
11.2 You have the right to have a dispute settled by an ADR body. To access the ADR body in your country, please click here.
11.3 As a private individual, you also have the possibility to lodge a complaint via the EU’s online dispute resolution platform, which you can find here.
11.4 Notwithstanding the above, any disputes may also be settled by any competent court in the country where the customer is domiciled.
