What are the different Cellbes benefit tiers?
As a member of our customer club you'll enjoy a range of personalized offers, bonus vouchers to spend and pre-access to our sales. By also choosing to sign up to our newslettter we'll send you inspiring content, share our style tips with you and tell you about exclusive offers.
How can I sign up to Cellbes Member?
You can register by clicking on LOG IN/ REGISTER by scrolling all the way down to the bottom of our homepage.
How does membership work?
Our membership consists of two tiers - Member and Member Plus - which are based on how much spend.
As a Member and Member Plus member, you'll receive a €2.5 bonus check for every 1,000 points you earn, plus more fantastic benefits you don't want to miss. Membership is completely free and you can cancel it whenever you want.

Who is eligible to join Cellbes's customer club?
To register, a Member must be 18 years of age or have their guardian's consent. Membership is intended for private individuals only, and you are entitled to one account per country. Your account is personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
When and how do I get my bonus voucher?
You'll get a bonus voucher when you reach 1,000 points (1 € = 10 points). There's a 30-day lag in bonus points being added to your account to account for any potential returns made in that time period. In My Account you can see if you have any valid bonus voucher as well as how long there is left until your next one.
How do I redeem my personal offers and bonus vouchers?
To use your personal offers and vouchers, you must be logged in. You log in by entering your email address followed by your password. To check if you have a voucher or other personal discount available to use, simply go to "My offers". Your voucher or other personal offers will be automatically applied at the checkout.
What do I do if my personal offer or bonus check is not automatically applied at the checkout?
We completely understand that you want to take advantage of all your benefits. There may be several reasons as to why the discount has not been applied. First, we recommend that you check that you are logged in/registered. When you are logged in, your voucher or other personal offers will be automatically deducted at checkout. Certain offers or discounts cannot be use in combination with each other. We therefore recommend that you check the terms and conditions for the offers you wish to redeem. If you have checked the above and your personal offer or voucher has still not been applied, please contact our customer service and we will do our best to assist you.
I forgot to log in when I completed my order, can my purchase still be linked to my account so I don't miss out on points?
If you entered the same name and email address to the one registered to your account/My Account, your purchase will automatically be transferred to "My Orders" shortly. If you have entered a different name or email address, we unfortunately have no way of linking your purchase to your account after it has been made.
What happens to my bonus check or voucher if I make a return?
Your voucher and/or bonus voucher will be spread across all items in your order, not the total amount. This means that if you return one or more items, you will receive a refund corresponding to the amount you paid for each individual item. If you return part or all of your purchase, the voucher and/or bonus check will not be recreated or credited to other parts of the current purchase, but will then be considered spent.
Can my voucher or bonus check expire?
Yes, your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date it was issued, while bonus vouchers have a validity period of 3 months from the date of issue. You can find the validity dates for all your current vouchers, bonus vouchers and personal offers on My Pages.
Where can I view my purchase history and see when I'll qualify for the next membership tier?
As a member, you can see all your purchases under "My Orders" and how many points you need to reach the next membership tier by going to My Account.
Can my membership be downgraded from Member Plus to Member?
Your purchases are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which they are considered expired. So, if you purchased something for €59 on 01-01-2023 for example, this €59 purchase will expire on 01-01-24. You membership tier will then be set at the level corresponding to how much you spent within the last 12 months.
How do I cancel my membership with Cellbes?
We're sorry to hear you're leaving us - feel free to come back anytime! To cancel your membership, simply contact our customer service (link opens in new tab). By canceling your membership and therefore your account with us, you will no longer be able to access it.
What's the difference between a voucher and a bonus voucher?
A voucher is considered a personal offer and can, for example, be a gift on your birthday or another nice discount for you to enjoy as a customer with us. You can find your vouchers and other personal benefits under "My Offers" on the My Account page. A bonus voucher is paid out for every 1,000 points you receive. Note that bonus points collected from purchases have a 30-day credit lag. On the My Account page you can check to see if you have any valid bonus vouchers, and how long until you're eligible for the next one. Our bonus vouchers have a validity period of 3 months. You can choose when you want to use a current bonus voucher by activating it yourself at the checkout before completing your purchase.
What does 'points pending' mean?
When you make a purchase on cellbes.se, the purchase is registered immediately, however, your points are placed as pending for 30 days in the event you wish to return something from your order. After 30 days, your points will be credited to your account.
Will I be notified when I have a new bonus to use?
Yes, you can see your current bonus in My Account, and we'll also send an email notification about it to the email address you've provided.
What happens if I use a voucher or bonus voucher and then make a return?
Your voucher or bonus voucher will then be null and void and cannot be reimbursed.
