Codes of professional ethics

Cellbes adheres to established ethical guidelines and regulations that ensure responsible business practices, sound business ethics, and safe working conditions throughout the supply chain.

Amfori BSCI – Code of Conduct
We follow the Amfori BSCI Code of Conduct in our cooperation with suppliers. The code is based on international conventions and guidelines from the UN, ILO and OECD and includes requirements regarding working conditions, human rights and business ethics throughout the supply chain.

International Accord
Cellbes is affiliated with the International Accord, an agreement that ensures building and fire safety in the textile industry and strengthens our ethical responsibility in production in Bangladesh.

Anti‑corruption and business ethics
We comply with applicable legislation and the Code of Conduct of the Swedish Anti‑Corruption Institute to prevent corruption, bribery and other misconduct. This is complemented by Cellbes’ internal guidelines and whistleblowing procedures.

Collective agreement
Cellbes AB in Sweden is a member of the Swedish Trade Federation and is covered by a collective agreement. Collective agreements are a key part of the Swedish labour‑market model and regulate, among other things, employment conditions, working hours, pay principles and the working environment. This means that our ethical guidelines are based on established and legally secure principles.
