What you need to know as a Cellbes Member
1. General
1.1 These membership terms ('Terms') apply between you as a private individual ('Member') and Cellbes AB, 556540–2152, Ryssnäsgatan 2, 504 64 Borås. By registering as a member of Cellbes Customer Club, the Member accepts the Terms.
1.2 All purchases are subject to Cellbes's terms and conditions of purchase (the 'Terms of Purchase'). In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Purchase, the Terms of Purchase shall prevail.
2. Membership
2.1 As a member of Cellbes Customer Club, Members can take advantage of Cellbes benefits. Membership is free of charge and you can sign up to become a member on cellbes.com.
2.2 Cellbes's Customer Club is a rewards program in which the Member receives points on all purchases. The number of points the Member collects over a 12-month period determines the Benefit Level assigned to the Member. The Member also receives discounts and other benefits as well as general and personalized offers based on the Member's preferences.
2.3 The terms and conditions apply for the duration of membership and apply to all purchases the Member makes while logged in.
2.4 To be registered, a Member must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
2.5 Membership and the encompassing benefits are for sole personal use of the member and may not be transferred to anyone else.
3. Cancelling Membership
3.1 A member may cancel their membership by contacting customer service.
3.2 Cellbes has the right to terminate a Member's account if the Member has provided incorrect information during registration, abused their membership or otherwise used the membership illegally.
3.3 When a Member terminates their membership, the accumulated points become null and void.
4. My Account
4.1 As a member of Cellbes's Customer Club, a Member can access to their My Account page, where the Member can, among other things, view and change personal information, order history, current bonuses and personal offers. The Member can also object to direct marketing.
5. Benefit Levels
5.1 Cellbes har två olika nivåer, där Medlemmen får fler förmåner ju mer Medlemmen handlar. Nivån baseras på Medlemmens totala köpesumma under en 12 månaders period.
Level 1, Member Level (0 - 2999 points in the last 12 months) means that the Member receives free shipping for purchases over €69.
Level 2, Plus Level membership (over 3000 points in the last 12 months) means that the Member receives free shipping on purchases over €49.
5.2 A Member is automatically upgraded to the next membership level when the Member reaches the points threshold corresponding to that level and maintains this level for 12 months. After this period has lapsed, the Member will be downgraded if the Member does not have the points required to remain at the current level. The Member can always be upgraded to a higher level.
6. Points
6.1 A member receives points on purchases made while logged in. It is not possible to receive points on purchases made afterwards.
6.2 For every euro spent, a Member receives 10 country-specific points.
6.3 Point balances are updated 30 days after the purchase date. No points are awarded for returned, exchanged or cancelled items.
6.4 Points are valid on all items with the exception of gift cards and fees, such as shipping and invoice fees.
7. Bonus Checks
7.1 Members at the Member level and Plus Member level receive a bonus check of €XX for every 1000 points they earn. To redeem a bonus check, a Member needs to be logged in.
7.2 Bonus checks cannot be used to pay for gift cards or redeemed for cash.
7.3 Used bonus checks are null and void and may not be reactivated in the event of a return or cancelled purchase.
7.4 Bonus checks can be combined with discount codes and other offers.
7.5 Items purchased with a bonus check will be refunded for the same amount that the Member paid after the bonus check was used.
7.6 A bonus check is valid for three months from the date of issue.
8. Personal data
8.1 In order for a Member to create an account and take advantage of the benefits that come with it, Cellbes needs to process the Member's personal data.

9. Amendment of the Terms
9.1 Cellbes reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions. In the event of updates being made that significantly impact membership, Cellbes will send the updated terms and conditions to the email address the Member used to registered with. If the Member does not consent to the changes, they have the right to terminate their membership.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Cellbes is not responsible for errors or deficiencies on My Account pages or the consequences of such errors. Cellbes is not responsible for loss, damage or costs related to membership, My Account pages, or the like.
11. Complaints
11.1 If the Member has any complaints, these should be submitted to Cellbes's customer service. In the event that the dispute cannot be resolved with customer service, the Member has the right to report it to the EU's online dispute resolution platform (opens in a new tab).
