You always have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods (the so‑called withdrawal period). If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us within the withdrawal period. The notification must clearly state which purchase it concerns and that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

The easiest way to register that you want to withdraw from your purchase is via our page for return, complaint or withdrawal, where you enter your order number and your email address.

In the event of a withdrawn purchase, a return fee of 3.95 EUR will be charged and deducted from the refund.

If you have not yet collected your parcel, you do not need to do so, it is enough to register your withdrawal.
